I just upgraded from 12.10 to 13.04 (Quantal to Raring) using Software
Updater. Before, I could get streaming with my radio station (KCSM San
Mateo, CA) working with Rhythmbox by using the Radio feature. That
stopped working with 13.04. However, trial and error revealed that

allow access to calendar files on other computers. Sunbird on previous

In response to a query by Michael Vogt, following suggestions on the
website, I ran the following commands as su:
apt-get -f install
apt-get clean
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade
apt-get autoremove
This seemed to solve the problem, but it also clouds the question as to

Updata Manager has been working fine for me right up until I moved on to
Hefty Hero (8.04 LTS). I have not ben able to download a single update
ever since. The window just sits and does nothing. The process
indicates that update-manager is sleeping.
