I am using Ubuntu 13.04.
I was trying to bind Ctrl+Alt+Super+Space to "Toggle maximization state"
under "System Settings" -> "Keyboard" -> "Shortcuts" -> "Windows".
This keybinding is not very reliable, and seems to somehow interfere

Sometimes when I insert an audio CD I get a dialog that says "You have
just inserted an Audio CD. Choose what application to launch." It
doesn't show up for every CD... probably something like once for every 5
CD insertions.

geeqie sometimes crashes with "assertion failed: (fc && fd)". This
appears to be related to permissions. It looks like if the directory has
two or more images that geeqie doesn't have read access to then it'll
crash in this way.
