/usr/lib/libcpprest.so.2.10 while the library installed by
libcpprest2.10 is in /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libcpprest.so.2.10

I am not sure I understand what you are saying.
When building from sources, using Autotools to locally install one would do
```
./configure
make install
```
This will not install the CMake helper scripts, but doing (in source for
simplicity)
```
cmake .
make install
```
will install everything

same here, randomly skip track after 2 or 3 second played. It has been
the case in previous versions too. I'm using crossfading and fadout both
to some small amount ( 200 and 300 ) , using xine engine ans amarok
1.4.7 under kde 3.5.8 ( gutsy kubuntu ). Seems to disepear by removing
the corssfading
