I wrote at 14.10.2009 that it works. Sorry for leaving the bug's status
unchanged (I'm a novice here). Then I'll change it to fixed. If it is
wrong, correct me, please.

Then it is probably not connected with fglrx, as Moreno experiences
similar issues with nvidia card. If not kernel, could it be xorg?

Public bug reported:
What I expect: I push buttons Fn+F1 and get into text console with a
prompt for password.
What happens: After pushing Fn+F1 I get a colorful screen - the lower
half of it is blue, the upper is yellow-blue. There is no prompt, no
shell, text console is unusable.

I don't experience this bug now. The disks are mounted and I can read

"Eject" button does not work while I have a disk in the drive. However I
can open the drive using the command `eject`. Then, when the drive is
empty, I can open it with a button. The strange thing is that `eject -v`
prints, that it could not open the drive, however it opens that
properly.

I tried rebooting with a disk in the drive and I report, that it works.
While the system was starting, I heard the noise of the drive mounting
the disk. On the desktop I see now an icon of a disk with an appropriate
label including the name of my disk. I can also copy all the data from
my disk. I h
