thanks. Your MSR_CORE_PERF_LIMIT_REASONS seems to indicate that the pcode is clipping you after the microcode update. But just to be extra sure it's not a software problem, can you please update the microcode and do this: # turbostat --msr 0x199 And paste the output. One last paranoid check is
