Similar here. Copied 2 files (2gb each) internally from folder to folder
then somehow nautilus crashed. 5min before I copied 3 files (à 2gb)
nautilus seemed to behave normally. But unfortunately cannot reproduce
this -> I restarted the PC and tried to copy the sames files again: all
worked fine.

When I click on on the "close" button and it takes some time until the logout
window appears. Does not take 1.5 min tough (ca 30s) until the window appears,
meanwhile the system is kind of locked. Seems like the window is somewhere
invisible in the background. Then after ca 30 sec
seems to affect me too

Struggeling with that same problem here.
Cards: RTL8180L and NetGearWG511v2.
None of those cards are working with kernel 2.6.25-16, when WAP is enable.
Connection is possible when wifi is not protected. What makes me wonder is the
fact that I could connect to WPA-wifis with the latest beta-live-c
Seems like I have a similar problem with nautilus.
I can copy files/folders from Linux to Win-shares.
But I can´t copy folders(!!) from Win-share to Linux. I always have an error
that says that the "permission is denied".
Other files like *oggs or *pdfs or *zip CAN be copied from Windows to Linux.
Solved with latest update.

I still have this ugly (k)networkmanagerbug. And networkm. must be fixed, since
feisty is going to get out really soon. So here is my little suggestion, please
get in contact with Dan Williams -he seems to be the programer of our buggy NM,
so please give him as many informations

Knetworkmanager refuses to work with my two wifi cards. I got a rtl8180 and a
netgear wg511v2, both cards are detectet by kneworkmanager: essids are visible.
A connection is still not possible. With my rtl8180-card, knetworkmanager
Worked fine here. I used Edgy with kde 356, with more or less standart
repositories. No problems at all :-D.
Just minor-minor things: C&P of the recommanded repositorie into adept,
with konqueror and firefox gave me some strange results, had to correct
it manualy. The updatetool had some strange
@Tim W.:Removing r818x from the blacklist enabled rtl8180 -of course
:-). So far I can scan wifi-networks, but no connection is possible.
Knetworkmanager seems to be buggy, it stops at 28% and then *nothing*
happens.

Using kernel:2.6.20-13-generic. The driver doesn't load automaticly. I can
manualy enable the driver with "sudo modprobe r818x" . I can scan wifi-network,

I can't access via gui to my ssh servers.
I can creat a shortcut to my ssh-server. (Places->Servers->etc...)
When I click on this created shortcut-icon, a messagebox appears, that tell me
that the connection will be opened. then the box disappears but no connection
was made.
I just read in the status that this bus is fixedehm well it isn't.
As a wrote before, the soundc. is set as default-card, but it still doesn't
behave like it should.

I'm afraid to say, that this problem persists *somehow*. Sometimes after
the boot, the soundc. is ok, but on other boot-ups, the soundc. strikes
again and no sound comes out of the boxes. When I reboot my machine

I got a conflict with my two soundcards. I have chosen my yamaha soundc. as
default-card.
I got no sound. Only be choosing "YMFPCI" in the Gnome Controlpanel, I can
enable Sound. (That means autodetection is not possible)
What makes me wonder is: Flash, Amarok, Tremulou
I can confirme that problem with Knetworkmanger, on an Acer 1355 and an
IBM Thinkpad 60.

I totaly agree with kubuntu_user and all you guys out there.
This bug *must* be fixed ASAP. I cannot understand why this bug is
around since monthes and nothing visible happened.
Note: Ali Milis mentioned trash: My egdy doen't delete Trash in my Usb-

Just wanted to report, that kernel 2.6.15.27 has solved my problems with my
Sony dsc. Everything workes fine again. :-D

The USB PTP methode was exactly the way I used to connect my Sony dsc-w5
to my computer -via digiKam. BTW both ways USB Storage and PTP worked
fine.

Since the newest kernelupdate 2.6.15-26, I´m not able to connect my camera to
my linux system via usb. There is no way to plug&play the camera.
Still the camera is detected from the system ->/var/log/messages says:
