Has this been every fixed? I currently have this problem with my BQ E4.5 OTA-15.
When I receive any SMS, I press Power button, see the notification and then the
phone crashes.
It keeps trying to restart Unity8 (ubuntu logo with dots), but it does not
succeed.
I long press the power button to rest
I saw this today on my Lenovo T400. Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS, running
4.4.0-62-generic x86_64
