I have solved this problem by running the sharpfonts script from http://www.sharpfonts.com/ and renaming /etc/fonts/local.conf to /etc/fonts/local.backup.conf Now all fonts are rendered properly in firefox, openoffice, screenlets,... My 9.10 is a clean install. -- Firefox font appearance http
