Seems rsyslog usually ships with RepeatedMsgReduction off
It is also not recommended to enable it.
See this link for more information.

I'm experiencing the same on several 14.04 servers.
Here are some links showing that it is a general problem and some details
regarding the bug:

I believe the bug is correctly summarized in comment #7
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/774870/comments/7) with a patch
to fix it.
I'm using Ubuntu 12.10 and can't configure keyboard shortcuts to switch
to workspace 11 or 12. If I configure my shortcuts that I normally use
for workspace 11
** This bug is no longer a duplicate of bug 772242
Keyboard shortcut combinations using F11 and F12 do not work as expected

I've suffered from a similar problem:
Short version:
The "pci=nomsi" kernel option resolved my problem - stable for 4 days now.
Long version:
Using Ubuntu 9.10, 2.6.31-21-generic-pae kernel with raid 1, using AHCI.
I often got errors such as:
[97203.222589] ata4.00: exception Emask 0x0 SAct 0x1ff
I am using this card on Karmic 64 for analogue capture. Only the S-Video
port works though and although I do audio through a different sound card
I have had it working on this card with ALSA Mencoder gives error -
"Card has no tuner" and tvtime has no source option other than default

Hi
When increasing icon zoom to >100% in icon view, the scrolled window
