Just installed the from the proposed repository and made sure that the
bug fix was included within the updates.
I restarted my laptop and repeated the same steps stated in the test
case.

Muon updater notifies me of updates. I attempt to update and the process

I can confirm this issue occurs to me too. In my case wifi gets stuck
authenticating and i have to kill and restart kwalletd in order to fix
the issue at each startup.
