I'm also having this issue, on a Lenovo Thinkpad T450S.
One thing I notice is that the touchpad doesn't completely disable when
I click. Rather, the speed seems to be turned right down.
Also, click and drag works fine if I click using the hard button above
the touchpad, but that's not really desi
Note: if the plan is just to change the dialog wording, could I suggest
adding the following:
"Clicking on "partial upgrade" will attempt to perform a distribution
upgrade. Do not click this button if you are currently running an LTS
distribution and do not wish to upgrade to a non-LTS distributio
Oh god, I did not mean to set that to "fix released" -- that was just a
misclick. Apparently, although I have permissions to set "fix released",
I do not have permissions to set it back to "confirmed".

Right, that worked. I am just a *little* worried about switching from
Ubuntu Studio to KXStudio, though -- isn't Ubuntu Studio meant to be the
more stable version? Or is Ubuntu Studio now completely deprecated? I
would have though that anything associated with an LTS (ie Lucid) would
not get deprec

It seems ubuntustudio-audio depends on Jack being the
6:1.9.6~dfsg.1-3ubuntu2+fixes1~lucid2 version, and in turn a ton of
audio software depends on ubuntustudio-audio...

this is after updating).
I could theoretically force version to the main Lucid one

Just noticed I have the same problem too (A4Tech X7 mouse, cursor jumps
to lower right corner in Extreme Tux Racer). I see that the patch didn't
make it into Karmic. Will it be in the next release?
