I tried git bisect several times but failed for various reasons and I
can work on this issue only on weekends. So, its quite hard for me to
solve the problem using bisect. Is there any work around to solve the
problem?

I am in doubt about this latest activity. As per procedure of off-line

I have identified the problem. Its inside the kernel. As I also faced
this problem with Debian, I used Debian 6.0.1 to pinpoint the problem. I
install Debian 6.0.1 and then try to update the system. After updating
the repository I only update the Kernel. The original Kernel was
2.6.32-31 and after
