I was reinstalling ubuntu 19.04 from a flash drive. I installed it once
and the libre officer packages failed to install and it also installed
my boot loader onto the wrong disk so it was not booting up. i installed
it with the install ubuntu and erase disk option. The second
I just tried to install it and it worked on my new install.

im sorry it took so long to respond, i was using redline to build the
new gnome but i ended up having to reinstall ubuntu so i dont have the
information anymore
