Controls should be on the right, and Minimize button should be the left
most on of the three.
I really wonder what guideline the UI designers were following. If there
is nothing left to do but play around with these buttons, then some
config GUI should be provided so that it can be easy to mess up

Anjuta crashes when I try to create a new folder in Select File dialog while
trying to set the default project folder.
How to reproduce the error:
1. Open Edit > Preferences
2. Select Browse... in the General tab of General view.
3. Click on Crea
I have forced the system to use i810 driver by adding the line Driver
"i810" to the Devices section of /etc/X11/xorg.conf file. Now my system
works as expected. The same hack had worked for gutsy as well. (See my
post submitted on 2007-11-01 above for the changes after using this
driver.)

I have the same problem. My laptop is Toshiba Satellite L10-102 :
Pentium M 1.60 Ghz, 256+512 MB RAM (originally 256 MB), on board intel
graphics card, intel pro 2200bg wifi chip. Occasionally, as soon as I
press the shutdown button on Kubuntu or Ubuntu, I get a black screen

Philipp's solution worked for me too. It's really annoying that deleting
an empty file solves the problem. I didn't have this problem with Mint.

I have the same problem as well. I have 6.10 installed on three boxes.
But I observed the same problem on 2 of my boxes (Ubuntu and Xubuntu)
