could you please be more specific what you did exactly? I could not find
a "Cosmic's package" (e.g. no .deb file), and what did you do to
"install" it?

Also affects me with unison version 2.32.52, on Kubuntu 11.04. This is
so sad.

Happened for me as well, dbus-daemon (a fork of it) started to use 100%
CPU when I tried to start thunderbird, which never came up. It did not
stop when I killed the thunderbird process manually, but it did stop
when I also killed nepumuk-server (which I read was a candidate, too).
