Applied network tuning techniques:
On SUT:
- Disable firewall
- Install canonical-certification-server and certification-tools package
- Start-iperf3 -a [IP] -n 20 - for both the ports
On iPerf Server:
- Disable the firewall
- Install certification-tools package
- Start-iperf3 -a [IP] -n 20 - fo

MAAS server when commissioning the node will not open the blade chassis
URL which is in https, it throws SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED error.
Blade node will be commissioned only after changing the chassis URL from
https to http mode.
