I am attempting to upgrade to Kubuntu 9.04 from Kubuntu 8.10
When I run update-notifier-kde -d
it informs me with a dialog box with the following message:
No new upgrade available.
It appears that Kubuntu 8.10 cannot find the upgrade to Kubuntu 9.04
lsb_release -rd shows
