The macos is /dev/sdf, it is not mounted in Linux, actually it says
that the partition table is unknown. Disk was prepared by the MacOS

Additional info: I have finally managed to install Ubuntu when I
disconnected hard drive containing MacOS. Also, when I run gparted

I upgraded to Linux 3.9.0-030900rc3-generic because the screen
corruption sometimes didn't want to disappear even after switching to
the console and back.
With this new kernel it seems it is working OK - no more screen
corruptions after a few hours.

Gurubie, problem is that except that memory leak issue I really like
Digikam, and at least on my PC it is fast enough (but I have quite fast

The same thing happens now in Edgy version of Thunderbird. From what I
know this is because of faulty libpango, however someone with
appropriate knowledge should confirm it.
Any chance to fix it soon? Editing mails with Thunderbird is now...well, rather
not comfortable.
