X crashes when I do anything full screen:
1. Open Evince and do F11 it crashes the window manager and everything freezes
2. Chrome and Firefox full screen if I press F11 all's down.

I reinstalled my system a couple of days ago with Natty 1104-64bit. My
kernel is 2.6.38-11-generic amd64.
When I first installed it, suspend works fine, but after I reinstalled
all of the softwares that I am using, suspend does
I'm now using mainline kernel 32bit. I've previously used the standard
32bit but also have this issue. The mainline kernel I'm using right now
is 2.6.36-999-generic and works perfectly.

Correction, this also happens outside compiz (no Desktop Effects) just
now. I had to press my power button my computer to restart.

Hi,
I just noticed that this is a duplicate of bug # 568637. I've turned off
Desktop Effects and Firefox is now stable. Is this still a xorg bug or a
compiz bug? I also note that both of the bugs are affecting Intel cards.
I'm really wishing a fix for this, as both compiz and firefox is a must

exists. I also tried the .deb package named libata-80wire (from
