I have now tested a bit Cedrick Schieli's Nvidia-96 driver in Natty and it
seems mostly to work OK, BUT:
Now I have a problem with changing workspaces (bottom right corner of the
screen). When clicking one of the squares, I may get a new workspace or not and
if I do, the number of the workspace
Many thanks, Cedric! Nvidia-96 driver at least installed to Natty
without errors. Now I'll check if it works, too ;)

Again the same problem as with the upgrade to 10.10 - Ubuntu does not
start after upgrade to 11.04. For some reason there seems to be no
(working) driver for nVidia GeForce2 graphics card in the upgrade files.
This card requires the "96" driver and as far as I can tell, nothin

Got Maverick "almost" working as per instructions of comment #137. Took
a while, though.
There are still some issues in Maverick, however, although they mostly

My Ubuntu has been unusable for 3 months now! Starts only to command
prompt after upgrading to Maverick. I do not want to go back to playing
with command prompt/scripts/whatever of the (very) old MS-DOS days. A
computer is a tool for me, not a toy to play with
