In focal, udev's 40-vm-hotadd.rules (from debian/extra/rules-ubuntu)
tries to write to invalid (as of 5.4.0-1010-azure) sysfs nodes resulting
in warnings such as:

I have trouble setting up the sound, the microphone does not work, and I
can not properly transmit audio through any network connection.
I have proven with different configurations snd-hda-intel and none of
the documentation specified in has helped me to solve the problem.
