This is still an issue in 24.10. If a VM does not have a connection it
will still not start. ::1 in qemu.conf did not fully fix the issue in my

Binary package hint: gnome-panel
After waking up, or after coming out of suspend, gnome-panel hangs
consuming ~100% of CPU. Menus and icons aren't drawn (other than in the
Notification Area).
