Problem is solved by copying the G5.crt file into the ICAClient
directory.
1. find the needed file on your system. In my case:
VeriSign_Class_3_Public_Primary_Certification_Authority_-_G5.crt
2. find the directory where your ICA client is expecting the certificate. In my
case: home//ICAClient/li

uninstalling is working well it doesn't remove the installed python module.
