I had this happen to me once on a Bq E5. It hasn't happened again and I
wouldn't know how to reproduce it though. It was an incoming call.

Turns out I wasn't using a clean installation, but one modified via apt-get. I
cannot see a way to delete the report, but it should be deleted.
