This is not a bug, the character ~ is expanded (or not) by the interpreter,
when you type "python ~/main-desktop/moin.py" in a shell, it's the shell that
replace "~" with /home/user.
You should not rely on it.

As a workaround, you can use the eclipse update manager (it requires
eclipse to be run as root for installation).
For information, pydev v1.4.x brings the support of python 2.6 and
python 3.0 (py3k) which are major features :)

Yes, all colorzilla functions but color picker work, and btw, I have no
problem at all with del.icio.us bookmarks extension...
I've tried to reproduce with all extensions enabled/ disabled; only
with/without colorzilla & del.icio.us, but no way, I really can't
reproduce it.
