This is a bug for either the EC2 AMI maintainers or the cloud-init
project.
I launched a fresh Amazon EC2 m2.4xlarge instance running Ubuntu 12.10
from ami-b8d147d1 (ubuntu-quantal-12.10-amd64-server-20130206), logged
in, ran `sudo aptitude update && sudo aptitude upgrade -y
I just encountered this again after a couple hours of using Pithos. My
clock is correctly synchronized using NTP. I'm running 0.3.14~bzr181
from http://ppa.launchpad.net/kevin-mehall/pithos-daily/ubuntu on Ubuntu
oneiric.
When I run pithos from the console I see:
