I'm seeing this pretty often on Standard_D2s_v3 instances. About 1/3 of
my new vm instances are failing. Please let me know if I can provide
logs or testing.

This problem happens constantly for me. Seems to most often coincide
with swithing my kvm over (so usb connect) or using the wheel on my
logitech mouse.
Same symptoms:
ATI graphics card
xorg process shows 100% cpu
UI freezes
Only a reboot clears it up.
