I agree with Cimmo. I use differend distro at the moment, with KDE. This
isnt issue in this distro. With Kubuntu it was.

I find solutin in Gentoo forums. This opens it correctly if i put it in
control center => storage devices and put this as action:
digikam --detect-camera --caption "%u"
That default 'Upload to digicam' fails.

If i use Synaptic or just apt-get update, all repos gives 403 forbidden
error. I havent touch any settings.
There are workaround for offical repos http -> ftp, but its doesnt work
