Blank entry in switch user account menu

An account with no name (only a username) will show a row in the Switch
User Account menu with a face icon, but no name.
To reproduce:
1. From a terminal, create a new account using adduser: adduser testing
2. Enter a password twice
3. Leave the optional values as the defaul
Maybe a better option would be to provide a "New Window" option on the
context menu for a launcher? The only problem is that not all
applications support opening of new windows. For example, you shouldn't
be able to have two instances of the Ubuntu Software Center open.

I am able to replicate this issue with Rhythmbox. When I try to import a
CD it goes terribly slow (it got to 3 songs in about 20 minutes) and
starts using up all my CPU. In comparison, I tried importing with
Banshee and it imports rather quickly. I was able to import the same CD
in about 5 minutes.
Also, wanted to point out that I tested that in Ubuntu 9.04.

I can confirm this bug. In my case, the size of the icon's in my home
directory never change. Any other directory listens to the Icon Size
directive, but won't change back to 100% as the reporter explains.

When setting a Socks proxy (not setting anything for HTTP) in the gnome
proxy tool, the HTTP proxy is set as an env variable which breaks usage
of all CLI applications.

The issue gets resolved when I set the AccelMethod to EXA. The only
problem is that if I try to enable Compiz, the computer completely
crashes. Compiz ran in Jaunty, but poorly.
