I'm not sure what pacakge this is related maybe core Cairo library.
I have SVG file generated by new version of R library svglite version
2.0 and I'm not able to convert it to JPG and PNG correctly. The same
happen also when I open default program on Ubuntu with installed XFc
Sorry, I'm not able to test this anymore since I don't use Ubuntu
anymore, I'm using Fedora (right now release 29), but I don't see the
issue on this system, so maybe the upstream fix is working, I'm not sure
If I ever had this issue on Fedora.

I'm now using Fedora 29 and I have transmission-gtk 2.94 (d8e60ee44f)
and have no issues, maybe it was fixed in this version or it have
something to do with Ubuntu. Please check version 2.94.
