Why is this being marked as a duplicate of 1060979?
The complaint here is that adult product content should be restricted from
showing, not the likelihood reduced. I don't want to reduce the likelihood of

This is a me too for zanonmark's comment (altough in reverse, as Charles
Twardy). I am using Hardy, been using Gutsy and Feisty. All of them had
the same issue. Perhaps it has something to do with having upgraded and
not made a fresh install? Or something to do with my locale? (btw my
LANG variable
That's right, I had to make some changes to get my install to work. But out
of the box, still doesn't work

If I boot passing video=vga16fb to the kernel, I can see the splash
screen (albeit with very few colors) and the console works properly
after that. So I think this has to do with vesafb, which is loaded by
default.

I just upgraded from edgy to feisty. I have a Dell Optiplex 170L with an intel
82865G Graphics Card.
When booting, I see the screen completely black, with no splash (this is no
problem to me, I just wait for gdm to appear, besides it also happened with
edgy). But after boot
