I believe I'm also suffering from this issue; however, I've found a
workaround: boot the kernel with the iommu=pt parameter. From what I can
tell, this allows the iommu to function in the presence of an NVidia
graphics card.

machine running 9.10.
I haven't tried it with any other OS/Architecture combinations. I'm using
synergy instead.

My girlfriend was working on an 80 page report for work today. The
