To clarify, the problem is that the "sheets tabs" are hidden. It is
still possible to navigate them by double-clicking the "Feuilles 1/7"
text but it is not obvious. Resizing the sheets tab area manually
resolves the problem temporarily (once you know you can do that) but
when reopening the documen
