Public bug reported:
When I click on an encrypted email for the first time since thunderbird
startup it asks for gpg passphrase. Since upgrade to raring dialog
window ends up in the bottom left corner of my screen and cannot be
moved in any way (even using Alt+left mouse drag).
What you expected
Actually the same happens if I try to gpg sign an email (which also
requires passphrase)

I still think this is a valid bug.
The problem disappeared after nova-network restart and so far it did not come
back. What we would like to find out is why did this start happening. There is
no proof of this but it may be ralated to long nova-network uptime.
Changing the values as you suggested
This does NOT affect 12.04. On precise the popup offers package
insatllation.
