When I changed gnome shell to Yaru the keyboard is ok (enclosed).
So the problem was caused by specific gnome shell "Chrome-OS". It moves

In ubuntu 14.04 php5-memcached depends on php-pear
php-pear depends on php-cli.
This means that php5-memcached will trigger installation od php-cli.
This is unneeded for many systems, also this was not the case in Ubuntu 12.04

the trick, but on older kernels - for example: 3.11.0-19-generic this option is
not needed. So why this its assigned to pm-utils?
I am not a programmer, so maybe this is why it seems strange to me...
