although I have witnessed gnome-screensaver cause the issue I have also
seen it triggered periodically (including just now) where a connection
dies suddenly between the windows RDP server and the rdesktop client and

a EULA by default in a Linux installation is going to hurt Firefox but
probably not as badly as Ubuntu since that will drive away more people

Ok, perhaps this has been mentioned since I only read the first 90% of
this post but here is an idea. If I understand the scenario correctly,
this EULA is being mandated because we are changing Firefox and the way
it operates?
