Hi guys! I removed .config/transmission folder, that did not help me, so
it is not old config fault.

I have a fresh install, but note here - My /home folder is mounted as a
partition and I kept old files on it from last installation. I did
reinstall from 10.04 to 10.10.

Yes, the interface is laggy. It does not respond fast. I had no problems
with previous versions.
