The problem persists on intrepid with kde 4.2, width="100%" wokes fine

the same here (Feisty ans Gutsy)
this does the trick for me:
rm /etc/rc*/S31umountnfs.sh
ln -s ../init.d/umountnfs.sh /etc/rc0.d/S17umountnfs.sh
ln -s ../init.d/umountnfs.sh /etc/rc6.d/S17umountnfs.sh
So nfs will be stopped before the network goes down.

i have the problem too (since Gutsy),
the cause (in my case) was the root_sqash flag of the nfs export, due to the
adept_manager will be startet under root permissions (kdesudo) it has no
read/write permissens in the users home if the nfs share was exported with
root_squash. I have changed ist
