Found my problem, and fixed it too (not bad for the new kid on the

a hidden folder : ~/home/.fonts
That folder all has symbolic links to the actual font files located in my fonts
repository folder.

On one of the recent Adept updates, there were a few OpenOffice.org
package updates which were applied. I have just tested the "Export as
PDF" option now, and all is working fine.
Attached is the screenshot showing the healthy panel.
Since last week's tests, I have not changed any font
K > System Settings > Appearance > GTK Styles and Fonts
