There's a UI issue with the committed change that I did not pick up
until I used it in that the "MAC" column header is used to sort the
hostname. This doesn't really make sense.
To be able to sort by hostname we need to find a more sensible approach.

This is the result of 'outline' being set to 'none' in the css (in
combo.css). It's common when doing a css reset to turn remove the
outline on links. However, as Alan picked up, this isn't so good for
accessibility. There are two ways to go about fixing this.
Option A:
Re-apply the outline after
I can confirm this (although I'm running feisty). Synergy (terminal
client/server) works, but Quicksynergy will only crash.
To duplicate this open Quicksynergy and click start under server
(with/without entering ip addresses). It doesn't crash when running
client though.
