This is not a fresh install, this Ubuntu 22.04 was upgraded from 21.10.
Before upgrade, the Openshot run without error.
The terminal message at me:

My Ubuntu 22.04 also affected. After upgrading from 21.10 the Cheese shows
blank screen.
Running from terminal this is the message:
