SoundConverter progressed files counter does not reset

Binary package hint: soundconverter
See screenshot.
To reproduce: encode some files with soundconverter, then clear the list
and add some new files. Start converting and the counter shows e.g.
"file 11 of 2 converts"
Its soundconverter version 1.0.1 and I have Ubuntu Hardy

Binary package hint: pidgin
When I start pidgin the first time and add an ICQ account, my contacts
are loaded, but only their numbers are shown in the list. I have to
choose get info for every single contact to load the name.
I use Pidgin 2.4.1
