Hi;
I'm usin ubuntu 8.04.1 with latest ff available by default on the ubuntu repo's.
Whenever I try to open an svg file in firefox it crashes.
I've reported this before without any answer.
As for an example svg, any will do. Pick any from open

Firefox still crashes whenever it tries to open/load an svg.

Ooops. it isn't! Take a look:
~$ ldd /usr/lib/xulrunner-1.9b5/libxul.so | grep cairo
libpangocairo-1.0.so.0 => /usr/lib/libpangocairo-1.0.so.0

libcairo.so.2 => /usr/local/lib/libcairo.so.2 (0x7fe9ab292000)

It crashs with any svg.
I noticed it when trying to view these:
http://openclipart.org/media/tags/inkscape_filter_effect
But it also crashd in wikipedia when trying to view the image in:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Friction.svg

programms just close with no error report.
I have no description to attach cause the windows just crash and close.
I'm using Hardy with latest updates.
