I' m also sufferd by the same problem. But I may found a work aroud to the
issue.
>From terminal emulator, type
blender -d
(-d is the debug option), and no more crash happend. I can't understand why
this works,
but I wish this will help you.

I changed my package repository to use propsed source as instrcted, and
installed librcc0.
moc is working correctly (as before) and no trouble happens now.
So the commited changes seems to fix the bug.
