Thanks. I appreciate it. I removed postgresql-9.5, then had to remove
postgresql-9.6, then postgresql-12, then postgresql-13. This seems to
have enabled me to perform the upgrade.

I am trying to upgrade my version of Ubuntu to 24.04 but it states that:
The package 'postgresql-9.5' is marked for removal but it is in the
removal deny list.
I'm not sure how to allow postgresql 9.5 to be removed so that I can
continue with my upgrade.

Thanks. I've never done this before. I am finding two instances of the
same error while trying to apply the upstream kernel:

Anything to be concerned with? I can attach the log files.
