I confirm this behaviour, I disabled all extensions but still happens. It seems when I open a few tabs and leave them open after a while Firefox gets all CPU and completely freezes for a minute or so. Fresh install Firefox 2.0.0.8 on Gutsy and no extensions loaded (no Google Toolbar). -- Firefox
