Also, I can say:
Disabling TPM in bios works as workaround
kernel 5.3.0-19 was fine 5.3.0-20 was not, and nothing works up to 5.3.0-24

The usual verification has been performed correctly, and also the test kernel
matrix is now green, 10 days have passed with no new bugs, I think it is safe
to land
