I recently upgraded from 22.04 to 24.04 (through v23.10 via do-release-
upgrade) and now have symptoms similar to those described (flickering of
windows, especially when moving them and I also get screen lockup when
trying to dock a window to top/sides of desktop). Running two displays

Installing screenkey from apt results in a successful install, except
for the tray icon which is necessary.
For desktop version, requiring python-appindicator resolves this but it
isn't obvious and appears to the user as a bug.
Please add this dependency

I am experiencing the same but in 14.04 LTS
My specific experience with this bug on a tri-head two video card system
(both nvidia running open source driver) is as follows:
When konsole is on primary video card display the problem does not
present itself.
When konsole is on secondary video card
I confirm NoBugs! (luke32j) statement. This bug shows on 13.10 again.
Please reopen the bug. Also ask me if I can provide some additional
information regarding the issue (was unable to reproduce this bug so
far, it happens on its own occasionally).
