It appears the problem is the paragraph processing when paragraphs are
included within list items that contain nested lists.

Out of curiosity, one wonders what should happen when multiple files are
listed. The current tool reads its input from a (single) file and spits
out HTML to stdout. Should the named files all be read in, and processed
as an aggregation?
At the very least, the documentation should match the behavio
