Hi,
The issue is fixed in the stable/folsom version. I am not sure if this is part
of the official Ubuntu packages. I'll let someone else familair with that
answer.

Hi,
The quantum service requires the quantum.conf file and the speifici plugin
configuration file. In the fedora packaging we have a symbolic link to the
plugin specific configuration file. This enables the startup script to be
generic.
